This took me a while to find even with Google’s help so I will put this up on my blog as it is something that is quite useful to know\u00a0especially\u00a0if your in the process of buying a new home.<\/p>\n

If your a first time buyer then you get a nice break the rates are lower, with a first time buyer getting 0% on a property up to the value of \u00a3250k.<\/p>\n
