{"id":1039,"date":"2012-01-09T10:53:10","date_gmt":"2012-01-09T10:53:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/more-coffee.co.uk\/blog\/?p=1030"},"modified":"2012-01-09T10:53:10","modified_gmt":"2012-01-09T10:53:10","slug":"managing-out-of-stock-products-in-epages","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/more-coffee.co.uk\/?p=1039","title":{"rendered":"Managing out of Stock Products in ePages"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> Here we have a product that I have set to a stock level of 1.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.more-coffee.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Image3.png\" title=\"Image 3\" class=\"alignleft\" width=\"1340\" height=\"728\" \/><\/p>\n<p> From the customers point of view they can still add the product to their basket, however this will be the last one until I restock.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.more-coffee.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Image2.png\" title=\"Image 2\" class=\"alignnone\" width=\"1339\" height=\"728\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I have configured the Inventory Settings (Products -> Product Settings -> Inventory) to not allow the product to be added and given it some custom text<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.more-coffee.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Image4.png\" title=\"Image 4\" class=\"alignnone\" width=\"1340\" height=\"728\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Changing the Stock Level to 0, you will now see in the product list that there is an x on the product icon and the stock Level has changed to 0 in the main list<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.more-coffee.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Image5.png\" title=\"Image 5\" class=\"alignnone\" width=\"1340\" height=\"728\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When a customer views the product the &#8220;Add to shopping basket&#8221; button has disappeared.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.more-coffee.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Image6.png\" title=\"Image 6\" class=\"alignnone\" width=\"1339\" height=\"728\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here we have a product that I have set to a stock level of 1.
