Once open click on the <strong>Mail <\/strong>menu and pick <strong>Preferences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href='http:\/\/morecoffee.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/mac_01.png' title='Mac01'><img src='http:\/\/morecoffee.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/mac_01.png' alt='Mac01' \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Click on to the <strong>Account Information<\/strong> tab and click on the + on the bottom left to add a new account.<\/p>\n<p><a href='http:\/\/morecoffee.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/mac_02.png' title='Mac 02'><img src='http:\/\/morecoffee.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/mac_02.png' alt='Mac 02' \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Use the following details for setting up your account.<\/p>\n<p>Account Type: POP Account<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong>: Account Description<br \/>\nThis can be anything you like<\/p>\n<p><strong>Email Address<\/strong>: you@yourdomain.co.uk<\/p>\n<p><strong>Full Name<\/strong>: You\u2019re Display Name<br \/>\nThis will be the senders name<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incoming Mail Server<\/strong>: <\/p>\n<pre>pophost.123-reg.co.uk<\/pre>\n<p><strong>User Name<\/strong>: Pop Box User Name<br \/>\n<strong>Password<\/strong>: Pop Box Password.<\/p>\n<p><a href='http:\/\/morecoffee.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/mac_03.png' title='Mac 03'><img src='http:\/\/morecoffee.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/mac_03.png' alt='Mac 03' \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once you have filled that part out click the Options button in the Outgoing Mail Server section.<\/p>\n<p>123-reg.co.uk don\u2019t currently provide outgoing SMTP services so we suggest you use your Internet Providers SMTP server.<br \/>\nIf you are unsure of any of these settings please contact your internet provider.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outgoing Mail Server<\/strong>: SMTP.YourISP.com<\/p>\n<p>Server Port: 25<br \/>\nAuthentication:<br \/>\nUser Name:<br \/>\nPassword:<\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;<strong>OK<\/strong>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>You should now be able to send and receive emails using Mail.<\/p>\n<p><a href='http:\/\/morecoffee.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/mac_04.png' title='Mac 04'><img src='http:\/\/morecoffee.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/mac_04.png' alt='Mac 04' \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Open the Apple Mail application.
