Maybe the odd Robin too. It is amazing the wild life you can attract to a balcony, and how soon they get used to you being around in the background. Early last winter I set up a bird feeder on my balcony, after a few hit and miss potions finally I found one that gave both the best view and one that the birds liked. Throughout the winter and early spring I have kept it well stocked with fat balls stuffed with seeds and now it is paying dividends.
In the week that I have had off between finishing at webfusion and starting at dada (aka Namesco) I have been able to sit back and enjoy watching the wildlife, from the noisy youngsters and the greedy Magpies, even the odd Duck, fortunately for the smaller and young birds no Red Kites. Here are a few of my favourite photos I managed to get.
